In a step that reinforces Qatar’s position as a leader in the industry in the region, the opening of the Suhail Engineering Industries factory in the light and medium industries zone was held at an official ceremony attended by many senior officials from the state, businessmen from inside and outside Qatar, along with employees of the group.
Sheikh Nasser bin Jasim Al Thani, CEO of the Suhail Industrial Holding Group, delivered a speech during the ceremony, emphasizing the importance of this achievement and its role in supporting the local industry and enhancing technology and innovation in the sector.
Mr. Abdullah Ghanem Al Maadid, Director of the Industrial Development Administration, also delivered his speech praising the efforts of the group’s workers, adding that the ministry looks forward to how the Suhail Engineering Industries Factory will support local and regional projects and open new horizons for innovation in the Qatari industry.
The SEI is a pioneer in designing and manufacturing a wide range of engineering products and precision parts that meet the needs of many sectors in Qatar and the surrounding region, such as engine and automotive manufacturing, the oil and gas sector, and pump spare parts manufacturing.
